All items will ship within a week of ordering. Returns

All sales are final. If anything happens with your rug or soft item please reach out via email at baileynicole8@gmail.com. As long as it is within a reasonable time frame and you’ve taken proper care of the item I am likely able to repair anything that may have gotten wonky.
